Job summary

Outsourcey is looking for a skilled Data Analyst in the Philippines to drive analytics and operational reporting for our growing BPO. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau, alongside robust analytical abilities.

You will play a key role in managing data workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and developing insightful reports for stakeholders, all while working closely with experienced industry leaders who offer career growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in analytics or similar technical roles.
• Experience owning recurring reporting or data workflows.
• Familiarity with workflow or project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL queries across operational data sources.
• Own recurring reporting cycles and ensure accurate delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of technical reliability and improvement.

Skills

Strong SQL skills

Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Experience with Snowflake or similar

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Python for data manipulation
