GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account.

You will assist customers with inquiries and concerns while delivering accurate, timely, and professional support. The role requires a High School graduate, good verbal and written communication, basic computer and typing skills, and a willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (old or senior high) required.
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-service oriented and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone and other assigned communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare-related services and account concerns.
• Assist customers with requests, account updates, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Meet assigned performance, productivity, and quality targets.
