We are looking for Healthcare Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team! This is a pure voice, inbound customer service role supporting US and Canadian members with their healthcare and insurance-related concerns.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from US and Canadian healthcare/insurance members.

• Assist customers with inquiries about benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage.

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.

• Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.

• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling member information.

What We're Looking For

• With or without BPO experience — customer service experience is an advantage.

• Good English communication and comprehension skills.

• Comfortable handling voice/inbound calls.

• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on a night shift / Canadian-time schedule.

• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig under the required hybrid work arrangement.
