Job summary

Private Advertiser is looking for a Healthcare CSR for a hybrid role at BGC, Taguig. The position offers a hybrid setup (3 onsite, 2 work-from-home), a virtual hiring process, and a clear weekday schedule.

Salary package includes Basic ₱19,000–₱24,000 and Fixed Allowance ₱9,000, for a total package of ₱28,000–₱33,000 (excluding non-guaranteed pay). Paid training, HMO and government benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience in Healthcare accounts.
• Completion of at least 2 years in college with TOR or Diploma.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 onsite, 2 WFH).
• Stable internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.
• Residence within reasonable distance from the office and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for healthcare services.
• Navigate customers through healthcare processes and needs.
• Maintain quality service in a hybrid work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare BPO team for efficient support.
