Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Manila is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to deliver financial analysis, contract performance insights and modeling support for value-based payment arrangements. You will help negotiate payer terms, forecast contract performance and validate reimbursement outcomes.

Working within a Global Business Services environment, you will collaborate with U.S. teams to drive operational excellence and insightful decision-making across managed care functions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in managed care analytics or healthcare finance.
• Experience supporting value-based contract development including performance measurement.
• Experience in forecasting, variance analysis and reimbursement modeling.
• Experience developing Tableau reports.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reimbursement, financial impact and performance data to support contract negotiations.
• Support design and evaluation of value-based payment models.
• Provide real-time analytical insights during payer negotiations.
• Monitor contract performance and identify financial risks and underpayments.
• Develop monthly financial forecasts and variance analyses.
• Conduct reconciliation audits to validate contract terms.
• Synthesize payer data and market trends for negotiation strategies.
• Produce reports to support budgeting and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret policies.
• Build dashboards and communicate insights clearly.
