Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Contracting Specialist Associate to support risk and compliance engagements in healthcare contracting. You will review contracts, draft amendments, and help manage contractual risk across diverse projects.

You will collaborate with global teams within our Risk and Compliance practice to ensure regulatory alignment, quality deliverables, and timely execution while growing your professional brand and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Providing advisory and practical support in risk management and compliance areas.
• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Reviewing contracts and identifying contractual risks to support client engagements.
• Writing and monitoring contracts to align with client requirements and industry standards.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver consistent quality work and drive client value.
• Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and commercial awareness.
• Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to discern patterns and insights.

• Managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e‑signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high‑volume efficiency.
• Creating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates.
• Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
