Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or payment operations.
• Experience with Ariba, SAP, or other invoice systems.
• Knowledge of PO creation, invoice matching, banking verification, and payment lifecycle.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and preparing invoices for fees and other payments.
• Submitting invoices for review and processing payments per policy.
• Routing payment requests and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Supporting risk management initiatives across compliance areas.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and managing client risks.
• Collaborating with teams to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks.
