Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to lead the Manila-based Compliance team and partner with U.S.-based leaders to ensure performance and adherence to SLAs.

The role focuses on coaching, staffing, and developer engagement while maintaining regulatory knowledge. The position requires 5 years in healthcare compliance, supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance.
• Experience leading teams or serving in a supervisory/lead capacity.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (preferred).
• Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or shared services environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, OIG, Stark, Anti-Kickback and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Manila-based Compliance team members supporting U.S.-based Compliance operations.
• Serve as the primary people leader for the Compliance Generalist team, including performance management and employee engagement.
• Partner with stateside Compliance leadership to align staffing support and service priorities.
• Monitor team performance, SLAs, quality outcomes, and operational metrics.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, coaching discussions, and development planning.
• Address employee relations matters in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Identify operational improvements and support workflows, processes, and scalability initiatives.
• Foster a culture of compliance, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
