Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration/BS Accountancy.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and audit skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and encode rehabilitation treatment charges accurately in the hospital system.
• Prepare and verify charge slips, treatment records, doctor's orders, and supporting documents for rehabilitation services.
• Assist patients regarding rehabilitation schedules, billing concerns, PhilHealth requirements, and HMO availments.
• Facilitate and process PhilHealth claims related to rehabilitation services, ensuring completeness and compliance with PhilHealth guidelines and requirements.
• Prepare, file, and organize PhilHealth claim documents and supporting attachments.
• Coordinate with PhilHealth representatives regarding claim status, deficiencies, returned claims, and approvals.
• Secure HMO approvals and verify patient coverage prior to rehabilitation procedures or treatments.
• Coordinate with HMO coordinators and insurance providers regarding authorizations, approvals, and charging concerns.
• Monitor pending approvals, claims, and charging discrepancies for proper resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of patient charges, PhilHealth claims, HMO approvals, and rehabilitation transactions.
