Responsibilities

Accurately encode financial and billing transactions into the system.
Verify patient billing records and supporting documents.
Record insurance and patient payments.
Reconcile daily financial transactions and payment reports.
Maintain accurate accounting and billing records.
Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
Coordinate with billing and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and US healthcare confidentiality standards.
Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
