Job summary

Michael Page is hiring a field sales Business Development professional to drive growth in the Philippines healthcare network. Primary location is Davao City with coverage across Region 11, 12, and Caraga; work setup is flexible/remote, and there is no regular office presence in Davao yet.

The role reports to the head office in Makati and emphasizes trust-building with clinic owners and healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have a field sales background.
• 2 to 4 years of Business Development experience (business to business) in healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling end-to-end sales or business transactions.
• Aggressive and proactive in field-based activities.
• Will travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Healthcare industry background or relevant healthcare exposure.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of existing clinics.
• Development of new clinics from scratch.
• Partnerships with doctors, stakeholders, and key opinion leaders in healthcare.
