Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, operations analysis, or outcomes measurement.
• Experience with healthcare, insurance, or wellness data sets preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized dashboards covering utilization and outcomes.
• Produce internal and client-facing reports using agreed templates.
• Support renewal discussions and translate data into understandable formats.
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to validate data accuracy.
