Job summary
Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Data Insight Analytics Specialist to support the Data Insights Manager in shaping performance and decision making.
You will deliver data insights across AP International Health units, building reports, dashboards, and KPI analytics to drive proactive business decisions. The role requires healthcare exposure, strong English, and advanced BI/tool proficiency (Power BI, SAS, R, Alteryx, Qlik Sense).
Qualifications
- Medical background or exposure in Healthcare Industry is required.
- Fraud Waste and Abuse skills and experience are required.
- Full English proficiency is required. 2nd language is an advantage.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office; SAS, R, Alteryx, Power BI or Qlik Sense BI knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of reports and data in line with KPIs.
- Design, create, maintain, enhance and analyze dashboard reports and KPIs.
- Support Reporting and Analytics on global health projects.
- Interpret data relationships and translate requirements into global reporting solutions.
- Identify trends/anomalies and provide concise data-driven explanations.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and maintain legacy system reports.
