Candidates with a military background and relevant certifications will excel in developing and monitoring HSSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This full-time position is on-site, requiring strong leadership in health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HSSE roles.
• Experience in conducting site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement HSSE procedures.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental regulations.
• Organize HSSE training sessions and drills (e.g., fire safety, emergency response).
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; produce detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and audit records related to HSSE metrics (e.g., incident rates, waste management logs).
• Liaise with local government authorities and third parties on HSSE-related matters.
• Promote health and wellbeing initiatives within the organization.
• Manage security measures, including access control and emergency protocols.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools.

-Experience, exposure & connection especially Mindanao security.Must have military background & connection thatwill need in site security risk assessment & containment.

-Certification as a SEIP security leader and qualifications as a Safety Officer Grade 3 in the Philippines.
