Job summary

A logistics services company is looking for candidates in Manila to ensure health, safety, security, and environmental standards on-site. The ideal applicant will have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in chemical or petrochemical logistical operations. • Necessary qualification and experience:
• Experience in chemical or petrochemical logistic operations (preferable)
• Experience in the same function of not less than 2 years
• Knowledgeable in the application of MS-Office and other Microsoft suite of soft wares
• Familiar with and well able to work within operations supervision
• Familiar with and able to work with the company’s health, safety, security and environmental policies (advanced quality and safety training)

Responsibilities

• Support in overseeing all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment on the work shop floor and accommodation
• Signs Permit related to Safety including Permit to Work audit
• Conduct HSSEQ inspection, observations and audit report
• Conducts regular checks/inspection on related firefighting, emergency and safety equipment
• Support in promoting the health, environment, and work safety program
• Support in overseeing the education of all the employees on Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment
• Ensure the execution of the standards set by the customer, legal requirements as well as corporate Talke guidelines
• Daily HSSEQ walkthroughs on the covered areas
• Daily reporting of any HSSEQ deviation to HSSEQ Head/process owner
• Support, encourage and implement related HSSEQ systems including training and Behavioural-Based safety program
