Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s safety policies, procedures, and risk assessment processes.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety education for all employees.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (local, state/province, and national) and keep up-to-date with changes in safety laws.
