One Source Facility Services Corporation seeks an Health, Safety, and Environment Officer to lead HSE programs in our Cebu City operations, implementing standard health, safety, and environmental practices.

Applicants should hold an Engineering or related degree, DOLE SO2/SO3 with 40-hour BOSH/COSH, valid First Aid and BLS certifications, and 2–3 years of relevant experience; PRC license is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Nursing or related technical discipline.
• DOLE-certified Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or Safety Officer 3 (SO3) with 40-hour BOSH/COSH training.
• Valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HSE programs is preferred but not required.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.

HSE stands for Health, Safety, and Environment, which is a multidisciplinary framework and system used by organizations to manage workplace hazards, protect employee well-being, and minimize environmental impact.

Requirements

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Environmental Science, Nursing, or any related technical discipline.
2. 2. Must be a DOLE-certified Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or Safety Officer 3 (SO3), having completed the mandatory 40-hour BOSH or COSH training from an accredited Safety Training Organization (STO).
3. 3. Valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the Philippine Red Cross or any DOLE-recognized institution.
4. 4. Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing health, safety, and environmental programs in facilities, manufacturing or plant is an advantage but not required
5. 5. Registered professional license (PRC) is an advantage but not required
