Ideal candidates have extensive experience in luxury hotel spa operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication. The role requires flexibility to meet guest needs and viral standards across the resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Health Club/ Spa/ Luxury Hotel Spa operations.
• 2 years in a Health Club/Spa Manager position.
• Experience supervising a property with pools/beach is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Club & Pool operations following Forbes quality standards.
• Ensure daily operations, guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Manage inventories, reservations, and upsell spa treatments and retail.
• Coordinate staff training and performance feedback.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain SOPs and policies.
