Albert Bartlett in Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support the development and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across two sites. You will report to the HSE Manager and help drive a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, investigations and risk assessments, delivering training, and supporting environmental programmes.
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Holiday Entitlement: 31 days per annum (inclusive of public holidays)

The Role
