San Miguel Animal Health Care seeks a Head of Sales for VetMed to lead overall sales strategy and execution of veterinary products, driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability across animal health segments. You will build strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, farms, dealers, and key stakeholders, while leading a startup sales team and ensuring ethical practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related discipline
• 10–15 years of progressive sales/commercial experience in VetMed/animal health
• MBA or postgraduate business/management education is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Drive achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, profitability, and market share goals
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within veterinary and animal health sectors
• Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
• Support demand planning and inventory management to prevent stock issues
• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, clinics, distributors, and farms
• Expand distribution networks and improve market coverage
• Analyze market intelligence and competitor activities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Services on promotions and product launches
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and new product introductions
• Support market penetration initiatives in priority segments
• Lead, coach and develop a startup sales team with clear objectives and reviews
• Identify training needs to enhance team capabilities
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical sales practices
