Job summary

Dole Asia Company Limited is seeking a capable Transcontrol Department Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute hauling activities across farms and cannery operations, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient transport.

Reporting to the Agriculture Director, you will manage trucks, drivers, and third-party providers, establish standards, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in truck utilization and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in fleet management and transportation logistics.
• Knowledge in fleet management and logistics applications in agriculture.
• Working knowledge in Agriculture Operations, pineapple production is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Polomolok, South Cotabato; onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transcontrol Department in planning, organizing, directing hauling operations.
• Ensure timely deployment of trucks, bins, forklifts, and transport resources.
• Establish plans, standards, targets, and improvement programs; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage drivers, contractors, and service providers for reliable transport.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, dispatch, and contingency planning.
