Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end financial software development.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in financial services such as investment banking, asset management or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology initiatives aligned with UOBAM’s objectives.
• Oversee architecture, design and development of digital platforms for scalability and security.
• Collaborate with regional teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Lead modernization of legacy systems and cloud-native transitions.
