They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving and shipping of goods, optimizing storage space, and coordinating with various departments.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year business-related course (Graduate of Industrial Engineering or fields related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Distribution is an advantage);
- Minimum five (5) years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or in a similar field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role;
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistic processes. Familiar with relevant software systems, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems;
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities to effectively guide and motivate the warehouse team;
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
- Keen and attentive to details;
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations with experience in implementing safety protocols in a warehouse setting
