Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate security, investigations, loss prevention, or security operations.

• Strong investigation, decision‑making, communication, and crisis‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall security operations and ensure security compliance across all branches.
• Manage and oversee the guard force and ensure training compliance with RA 5487.
• Lead investigations involving cash losses, shortages, and security incidents.
• Drive loss prevention, recovery, surveillance, and security risk management initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with police and law enforcement authorities.
• Provide monthly security reports and security-related updates to the President, Executive Committee, and Group Security.
