Job summary

Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in Cavite. You will manage schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet targets while upholding GMP and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
• With relevant experience in production or manufacturing; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• With proven experience as a Production or Manufacturing Manager, or in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards is an advantage.
• Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Manage production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor production efficiency, costs, and product quality.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production personnel.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to management.
