Greenstone Pharmaceutical Inc. (Katinko) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Cavite branch on-site. You will strategize, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve targets while monitoring operations, sales, and profitability.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate across departments to drive performance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business/Operations and have proven leadership in pharmaceutical operations, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Experience as General Manager/Operations Manager/Branch Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales, expenses, profitability, and operational efficiency.
