Job summary

Greenstone Pharmaceutical Inc. (Katinko) is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations in Cavite City. You will manage schedules, manpower, and materials, ensuring GMP and quality standards are met while driving efficiency and cost control.

The role requires proven leadership in a manufacturing environment, with experience in pharma preferred. You will collaborate with QA/QC, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience in production or manufacturing; pharma industry is an advantage.
• Proven experience as Production/Manufacturing Manager or similar supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards is an advantage.
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Manage production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor production efficiency, costs, and product quality.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production personnel.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to management.
