Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related tech role.
• Experience leading Product Owners and innovation leaders.
• Strong knowledge of technology trends, scalable data architecture, and AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with product and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners and the innovation lead.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with Asticom's business goals.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on technology trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Foster strong relationships with vendor partners for collaboration and knowledge sharing on latest technologies.
• Collaborate with internal groups (sales, business development, technical and functional teams, project managers) to support project execution and success.
• Partner with COEs and sales teams to craft compelling product offerings for key accounts.
• Implement automation and AI initiatives to enhance work efficiencies and leverage modern data structures.
• Provide technical expertise and develop proofs-of-concepts to validate business requirements.
