Based in Cabuyao City, Laguna, the role requires a 4-year degree and at least 5 years of people management

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• With at least 5-years experience in People Management role
• Willing to be assigned at Cabuyao City, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages overall production operations to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Develops and implements production plans, schedules, and strategies aligned with company objectives
• Ensures efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to maximize productivity
• Monitors and improves production processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Enforces compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Oversees equipment maintenance planning in coordination with the engineering team to minimize downtime
• Analyzes production data and KPIs to identify issues, optimize performance, and support decision-making
• Manages and develops production staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Controls production costs and supports initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Handles production-related issues, escalations, and problem-solving to ensure timely delivery of products
• Prepares reports and updates management on production performance and key operational metrics
