Job summary

Job description

The Head of Network and Systems Admin is fully accountable, at the country level, for the stability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the Company's technology infrastructure and IT support services across the Philippines. This includes store and office connectivity, network infrastructure, hardware, end-user technology, technical support, collaboration tools, and other core IT infrastructure.

The role ensures that all Philippine stores and offices have reliable, secure, and properly maintained IT infrastructure and receive timely and effective on-the-ground technical support in accordance with the Company's Procedures & Guidelines (P&G).

The role serves as the single point of ownership and escalation, within the country, for infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, technical support, and IT operations issues, and is responsible for building internal capability within the Philippine IT team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery nationwide.
