Job summary

Sendbird is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to lead MOps, drive data-informed decisions, and scale the GTM motion for a $50M+ ARR company. You will own the marketing tech stack, oversee integrations, and partner with Demand Gen and Sales to optimize campaigns globally.

You will manage an external MOps agency, build scalable processes, and ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and ROI visibility across programs. This is a leadership role with high impact.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Marketing Operations.
• 9+ years in B2B AI and/or B2B SaaS Growth with Enterprise-level SLG motions.
• Experience scaling a Series C+ or 50–100M ARR company.
• Understanding of full B2B marketing and sales lifecycle.
• Deep domain expertise in building and optimizing marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Operations efforts and partner with Head of Demand Generation and stakeholders.
• Manage external MOps agency for Campaign Operations.
• Own marketing technology stack and integrations across systems.
• Balance short-term fixes with scalable long-term solutions.
• Work with global teams to design and execute campaigns effectively.
• Define measurements for inbound/outbound, channels, and lead sources.
• Refine Attribution model to optimize ROI.
