Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of robotics/autonomy experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong systems engineering and architecture skills across perception, planning, control, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead autonomy systems development across perception, planning, controls, and vehicle behavior.
• Define architectures, interfaces, and development standards for multi-team execution.
• Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, testing, simulation, and field readiness.
• Collaborate with hardware, mission software, and field ops teams to ensure robust, field-ready autonomy.
• Drive deployment from prototype to deployed, mission-ready autonomy systems.
