Qualifications

• CPA/CMA certified with 15+ years of finance experience.
• Experience in FP&A/Controlling within MNCs.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Present service scope, build capabilities to internal stakeholders, and prepare business cases.
• Strategic & Tactical: Engage internal stakeholders, communicate action plans, and drive improvements.
• Operational: Manage escalations and roll out feedback surveys with actionable insights.
• People Management: Lead and scale FP&A teams, design org structure, and mentor managers.
