Job summary

SupportNinja in the Philippines is hiring a Head of FP&A to architect our global financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis frameworks while leading a high-performing team and partnering with C-suite to drive long-term value creation.

The role reports to the VP of Finance, manages 3–4 direct reports, and leads FP&A pillars including Financial Business Partnership, Revenue FP&A, and Corporate FP&A.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance with senior leadership experience in global environments.
• Strong financial modeling, three-statement analysis, and strategic valuation skills.
• Experience building or reorganizing a global FP&A function and leading cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the global FP&A function, mentoring 3–4 direct reports.
• Lead FP&A pillars: Financial Business Partnership, Revenue FP&A, and Corporate FP&A.
• Oversee global planning, forecasting, and enterprise-level financial strategies.
