MedGrocer in Makati City is seeking a Finance Manager who will oversee daily treasury operations, liquidity management, cash disbursements, and commercial financial analysis across all divisions. You will lead budgeting processes and provide strategic guidance to executive management to ensure financial stability and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 4–8 years of corporate finance, treasury management, and commercial financial modeling experience.
• Strong command of cash flow management, banking operations, variance analysis, and margin analysis.

Finance Manager

In this role, you will lead budgeting processes and provide strategic financial guidance to executive management, ensuring financial stability and cost-efficient business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational treasury, rolling liquidity forecasting, and bank reconciliations to maintain working capital across corporate clinic and pharmacy supply chains.
• Oversee banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, manage short-term placements, and authorize vendor payment disbursements.
• Coordinate corporate budgeting processes, prepare monthly variance reports, and evaluate service line profitability and contract gross margins.
• Establish and maintain financial expenditure controls, approval matrices, and cash management protocols to eliminate financial leakages.
• Guide and review finance associates by setting performance benchmarks and operational standards.

Application Process

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. Afterwards, results are shared in one to three business days.

Step 2: Qualified candidates attend a full-day onsite evaluation. Progression depends on performance at each stage. HR will notify you if your evaluation concludes early. Please arrive at the venue between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The detailed schedule is as follows:

Initial Assessment: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment
Supplementary Assessment (as needed): 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: CEO Forum

Step 3: Final review and background checks occur within three business days. Additional interviews may be requested.

Step 4: Receive final results within five to seven business days.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and commercial financial modeling.
• Strong command of cash flow management, banking operations, variance analysis, and margin analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
