Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a Section Head – Enterprise Architecture to lead and govern the EA practice across the bank, ensuring standards, target states, roadmaps, and governance are effectively created and enforced.

You will guide Enterprise Architects, align technology investments with strategic objectives, and oversee risk, debt, and emerging tech evaluations. This role is onsite in Makati and requires extensive IT leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to IT or engineering.
• 15+ years IT experience with 7+ years in architecture leadership.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of EA standards and target state views.
• Govern architecture compliance and chair architecture review discussions.
• Drive enterprise-wide architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
• Lead Enterprise Architects supporting architecture and business domains.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic objectives.
• Oversee architecture assessments, business case reviews and governance forums.
• Manage architecture risks, technical debt and emerging technology evaluations.
