ETON Properties Philippines Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to head Business Applications & Digital Solutions. This role will shape the enterprise roadmap, oversee governance, and drive delivery across real estate, hospitality, and property management segments.

You will bridge business and IT, ensuring scalable digital platforms, reliable applications, and measurable business value while collaborating with senior leaders across ICT and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, BIS or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading technology teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Exposure to SAP environments and analytics.
• Experience in real estate, property management or related industries preferred.
• Strong governance, architecture, and change management skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise roadmap for business applications and digital solutions.
• Lead digital initiatives across sales, leasing, property management, mall operations, hospitality, and corporate functions.
• Drive automation and process optimization to boost operational efficiency.
• Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise applications for reliability and security.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with measurable business value.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Establish governance for application management, architecture, and vendor performance.
• Ensure data integrity, system integration, and enterprise reporting.
