Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT with leadership for large-scale retail/consumer-facing apps.
• Proven leadership of senior managers and technical professionals in a matrixed, distributed environment.
• Experience building multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs and managing budgets, vendors, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, cloud, APIs, cybersecurity, resilience, and modern software practices.
• Fluent in Agile, DevSecOps, SDLC, and ITIL disciplines; excellent executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery, and operational performance of the retail app portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and align with business priorities and value delivery.
• Lead application delivery, modernization, debt reduction, and service improvement.
• Establish priorities and manage investments, vendors, and contracts.
• Govern governance, risk, compliance, and security across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop senior technology leaders and cross-functional teams.
