This senior role leads nationwide mechanical, electrical, and building operations, drives energy management, and oversees maintenance programs to safeguard assets and KPI performance. The position requires at least 7 years in property management, 10+ years overall with 5+ in management, P/L oversight, and a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing P/L and financial performance.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions, where applicable

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, coordinates and manages mechanical, electrical & building operations/maintenance/repair activities across the country.
• Directly manages profit and loss (P&L) of Engineering and Technical support group.
• Serves as the Engineering and Technical lead for advisory content creation for consultancy and thought leadership.
• Identifies project opportunities and establishes work orders, delivery support infrastructure and service request processes.
• Develops and improves preventive maintenance and operational procedures; budgets and supports project and capital plans.
