Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Engineering and Technical Manager in Makati City to lead nationwide building operations, maintenance, and energy management for accounts. The role includes P/L oversight for the engineering/technical services group and development of preventive maintenance procedures.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with site delivery teams, and drive improvements to asset reliability while delivering client value across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in property management with progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing P/L for engineering/technical services.
• Knowledge of asset maintenance CMMS systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, FaciliWorks).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate and manage mechanical, electrical, and building operations across the country.
• Direct P/L of Engineering and Technical support group; oversee financial performance.
• Lead advisory content creation for technical consultancy and market thought leadership.
• Identify project opportunities; establish work orders and service delivery processes.
• Develop preventive maintenance and operational procedures; support budgets and capital plans.
• Supervise staff within a single functional area, including dotted-line oversight.
