Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics with leadership experience.
• Expert Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of data analysts.
• Oversee data ingestion, cleaning, and data quality across sources.
• Define Tableau governance, performance tuning, and workbook organization.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting.
