Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a seasoned Content Production Manager to lead a creative team from concept through delivery. The role focuses on building strong production processes and ensuring on-time outputs across TVC and digital content.

You will oversee planning, budget management, quality control, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners to achieve brand-aligned results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in production (such as TVC, digital content etc.).
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in a creative or production team.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, resource management, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Experience working across media, entertainment, or advertising industries preferred.
