Job summary

Private Advertiser in Taguig is seeking an experienced Creative Lead to oversee the Graphic Design and Video Production teams, guiding projects from planning to final delivery.

You will drive performance, streamline workflows, coach the team, and ensure high-quality content is produced on tight deadlines across ecommerce and digital marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Creative, Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia, or Content Production.
• At least 2–3 years of team management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing both Graphic Design and Video/Content Production Teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, video production, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with creative project management and high-volume content production.

About the role

Lead and manage our growing Creative Team, overseeing Graphic Design and Video Production operations. You will be responsible for managing team performance, creative projects from planning through final delivery, and ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time while driving continuous improvement in creative workflows and production processes.
