Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a Project Engineer Manager to oversee and coordinate all engineering projects across digital, technical, and infrastructure initiatives.

You will lead the engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure end-to-end project execution aligned with budgets and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in managing multiple projects, with a technical background and proficiency in project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and review engineering designs and systems.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and engineering software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of outsourced contractors in implanting all approved plans and budgets at sites.
• His/her role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning through execution and completion, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
