DigiPlus Interactive Corp in the Philippines is seeking a creative strategist to develop strategic content plans, lead integrated campaigns from insight to execution, and build campaign narratives across multiple channels.

You will translate business goals into compelling stories, establish visual directions, collaborate with designers and creatives, and drive audience engagement through omnichannel content development and performance-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic content plans that align with campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand priorities.
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of integrated campaigns from initial insight to creative execution.
• Build campaign narratives, communication frameworks, key messages, and content pillars across multiple channels.
• Translate business and operational initiatives into user-centric content and creative ideas.
• Develop visual communication directions that enhance storytelling and strengthen campaign effectiveness.
• Create mood boards, visual references, wireframes, and simple creative mock-ups to communicate campaign ideas.
• Develop original campaign concepts, creative territories, and storytelling approaches for marketing initiatives.
• Produce creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, audience insights, key messages, and desired emotional outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers, video producers, and creatives to ensure ideas are executed with consistency and impact.
• Continuously introduce fresh creative thinking that differentiates campaigns and enhances audience engagement.
• Develop emotionally compelling stories that connect with audiences beyond promotional messaging.
• Transform promotions, products, partnerships, and events into engaging narratives that inspire participation and sharing.
• Create content that supports the entire consumer journey - from awareness and engagement to loyalty and advocacy.
• Drive a people-first storytelling approach by highlighting authentic customer, community, and lifestyle stories.
• Lead the creation of high-quality copy across TV, Radio, OOH, events, digital campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
• Review and refine creative assets to ensure consistency, clarity, and effectiveness.
• Maintain a high standard of editorial quality and creative execution across all communications.
• Work closely with Operations team to understand campaign mechanics and translate them into engaging consumer communications.
• Deliver clear communication with Creative teams to develop impactful visual storytelling and campaign assets.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative ideas across projects.
• Evaluate content and creative performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor trends in content, design, social media, and market behavior to inspire new ideas.
• Continuously improve creative processes, storytelling techniques, and communication effectiveness.
