Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with 4 years in a senior security role.
• Certified CSP and CSMS; CPP and CCSSM are advantageous.
• Exhibits integrity and the ability to maintain principles under pressure.
• Demonstrates strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, systematic, efficient and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and continuously assess, develop and improve security and safety systems and processes.
• Manage the team of security guards, investigate and resolve incidents without disruption to campus operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and design action plans and controls.
• Ensure the campus is prepared for emergencies and disruptions to operations.
• Provide regular drills to reinforce security awareness and emergency response protocols.
