Qualifications

• Senior-level security operations experience with handling complex L2/L3 incidents.
• Experience in reviewing incident reports and performing root-cause analysis to improve security outcomes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and modern threat landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex L2/L3 security incidents from detection through resolution, coordinating teams.
• Review incident reports and provide recommendations to improve security outcomes.
• Provide quality reviews of investigations and risk assessments to support consistency and accuracy.
• Identify and drive improvements to incident response processes and controls.
• Act as escalation point and coach analysts on complex incidents.
