Job summary

You will collaborate with innovation and technology teams to identify AI opportunities, oversee model development and deployment, and guide governance to ensure responsible AI across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI leadership, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or technology initiatives.
• Background in AI architecture or solutions architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and data platforms.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s AI initiatives and long-term technology strategy.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, platforms, and solutions.
