Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University invites applications for the Data and Systems Head to lead governance, analytics, and advancement information management. The role champions data-informed decision-making and oversees reporting, institutional analytics, and strategic information stewardship across the university’s advancement functions.

The position requires substantial leadership experience in information governance, data management, and analytics within higher education or nonprofit contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in information management, data governance, analytics, reporting, advancement services, or related fields.
• Three to five years of leadership experience in governance, analytics, or information management.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit, fundraising, alumni relations, or related environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction for advancement information, reporting, and analytics to support donor development and institutional reporting.
• Champions governance standards and stewardship of advancement information assets.
• Directs continuous improvement of information management processes.
• Oversees generation and use of advancement intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
• Advices internally to align priorities and promote data-informed decision-making.
• Sets performance standards for the Advancement Information and Analytics Management Section and guides workforce planning.
• Performs other tasks as required by the supervisor.
