Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed on all vehicles to prevent breakdowns.
• Oversee engine overhauls, brake system repairs, transmission servicing, and other major work.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Assign repair and maintenance tasks based on expertise and workload.
• Maintain an organized workshop and monitor spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with customers or fleet managers about repairs and maintenance schedules.
